Developed and integrated by our partner AAT Automation, the ABLE Mk2 (Automated Baggage Loading Equipment) automates the loading of passenger baggage into ULDs and baggage carts. The system combines a Yaskawa robot with AIRSKIN safety technology to support safe human-robot collaboration in a compact, space-efficient footprint.
Thanks to its fenceless design, operators can work safely in close proximity to the robot, while AIRSKIN provides collision detection capabilities that help create a safer working environment.
