    Success Story: Motor Nut Fastening at Ford Valencia Plant

    Installed in 2019 at Ford Valencia together with our Partner Nutai, this application had to be realized without fencing, as there is an escape corridor right next to it. For plant emergency reasons, the safety corridor had to be preserved and thus a fenced solution was out of the question. The combination of a KUKA Cybertech with AIRSKIN and a nut driver brings all the advantages of an industrial robot, while at the same time being safe without fences.
