We’re wrapping up an amazing year of exhibitions at SPS - Smart Production Solutions and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out the season with Dassault Systèmes.
It was great showing how AIRSKIN technology helps make automation safer and more adaptable. Together with Dassault Systèmes, we’ve demonstrated how to make human-robot collaboration smarter and more secure.
With DELMIA from Dassault Systèmes, we showcased how we bring AIRSKIN projects to life. It all begins with a virtual twin model. We build the simulation digitally to analyze cycle times and detect potential collisions. This allows us to ensure the application is safe in a virtual environment before seamlessly transforming the simulation into reality.
At AIRSKIN, we make sure that assembling our products is as simple as possible. That’s why every AIRSKIN comes with a detailed, illustrated user manual.
Thanks to the SOLIDWORKS Composer, we now save a lot of time creating these manuals. CAD data can be directly imported from SOLIDWORKS, and assembly steps can be easily visualized by showing, hiding, moving, or coloring components—enhanced with arrows and other graphical elements.
These same innovations were featured at SPS Messe, where we proudly showcased the collaboration of AIRSKIN with Dassault Systèmes, emphasizing both our innovative solutions and our strong partnership.
About us - AIRSKIN is the industry game changer by unleashing the full power of industrial automation. We are the go-to solution provider for open and flexible robot applications with our patented safety technology AIRSKIN, which upgrades standard industrial robots to fenceless applications.
